John — may he find steady strength in each breath and clarity in hard moments. May resilience rise within him, turning setbacks into steps forward. May courage and calm guide him, and may he feel supported as he carries on.

May all men pause to notice the small, steady gifts in their lives—breath, health, friendships, and quiet moments. May gratitude warm their hearts, steady their patience, and inspire acts of care toward others. May they carry this thankful spirit into each day, sharing what they have and finding peace in enough.

Lord Jesus, I lift up this brother to You—guide his heart and steps in love and relationships. Grant him wisdom, patience, and discernment to see Your will and the right companion, and heal past hurts. Fill him with Your love so he may give and receive grace, truth, and faithfulness.
